Shipping & Handling 

Currently shipping is only available in the contiguous US.

All orders will be shipped the following business day. If there is an unexpected delay or a selected item is unavailable, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is a flat rate cost of $10.00 per shipment.

All orders over $200.00 receive free ground shipping.

Please contact us directly if you need expedited shipping.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Pick Up in Store

At checkout, please indicate that you would like to have your item(s) ready to pick up at the store.  We will have them packed and waiting for you within 4 hours, if not sooner.  If you have questions or if special accommodations are needed, please call us at the store directly at 251-928-5564.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns received in our store within 14 days of delivery of your package. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it.  M&F Casuals reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy.  Please include a copy of your packing slip or order receipt. Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase.

Customers are responsible for returning their purchase, either personally to the store or by mail. Please send to:

All returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item (s).

Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items  are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

M&F Casual’s physical store has a different return and exchange policy.  Please call 251-928-5564. 

Price Adjustments

M&F Casuals will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale
